A family friendly auto repair shop. I came in to Precision Tune with my car overheating and they got it in right away. Their waiting room was big enough for me and my 3 children to sit and wait comfortably. They figured out my problem ( water pump) and had it fixed in a couple of hours. There are also a lot of shops around to keep you entertained. I will definitely bring all of my repair work here from now on and will tell all of my friends.

We have brought both cars into this Precision Tune & they were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest & did great work on both of my cars. They were able to perform the services just on a walk in basis. We had no appointment. Travis was able to diagnose a “check engine” light problem we were having for months. Our other shop was unable to diagnose or correct it three times! We will be bringing our third vehicle to them & I have recommended this place to all my friends & family. If you have any questions or needs, ask for Travis!! Thanks Precision Tune! We will be back!

Kaput, my car went kaput...AAA towed straight to Precision Tune Everett because I know they do what they say they're going to do and charge a fair price. Great work, no problems. In the climate of so much fraud these days, these guys are SO WELCOME. Thanks guys.

An honest auto shop at last! -
Made a few stops when my C1500 started acting up. They provided me with accurate quotes the first time and explained the work that needed to be done and why. There's no clerk or secretary, so you're talking to the mechanics themselves when you enter the door. They keep maintenance schedule for your vehicle and remind you when you need work done. I've recommended this shop to my family and friends only to hear they had a positive experience too. They really do go out of there way to help.

"I want to express my appreciation for your outstanding customer service. I recently made a silly mistake a put windshield washer fluid in the coolant overflow reservoir. I called your shop, spoke with Matt who said it would be fine to drive there & they could fix me up right away.
I drove there expecting to buy a full flush of the system. Matt explained that it wouldn’t be necessary, and when he found that I had only put it in the reservoir and not directly into the radiator, he recommended that they simply empty and clean the reservoir - a 15 min job.
Instead of a $90 tab, I spent $10 and you have a solid customer who will tell his friends of your shop's integrity. thanks again."

"I had my car break down across the street and no one stoped to help me. I was going to call a tow truck when an employee from precision tune stoped and offered help. They brought my vehicle to their shop and looked at it and told me it was a bad starter. They got it fixed that night and I haven't had any problem since. I would recommend this Shop to anyone in the everett area."

These guy's really know what they are doing when it comes to diagnostic's on vehicle they are so nice as well. They even went the extra mile for me and my husband when they dropped off my car back to work,and my car was also washed clean. My husband and I saved about 350.00 on repairs by using their car care club card. Thanks again guy's and we will send alot of customer's your way.
